Here what you need to prepare 30 lollipop sticks:
– 325 g of sugar.
– 6 tablespoons of water.
– 1 ½ tablespoon of glucose syrup.
– syrup to taste of your choice (strawberry, lemon, cassis, cola…).
– 4 drops of dye of the color of your choice (red for strawberry, yellow for lemon etc…).
– 2 or 3 silicone moulds for lollipops.
– 30 sticks.
What to do :
-Pour the water, sugar and glucose in a saucepan. Bring them to boil to 148°c.
-Do not let the sugar stain. When it begins to smell like caramel remove it from heat.
-Add syrup of your taste and drops of food dye.
-Pour into the silicone mould.
-Let cool then plant the sticks before the liquid hardens completely.
It is time to serve and enjoy!
